Low Carb Baked Chicken Tenders




Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup m�yonn�ise
  • 1/2 cup p�rmes�n cheese
  • 1/2 cup pork rinds crushed
  • 2 te�spoons It�li�n se�soning
  • 3 chicken bre�sts


Instructions

  1. Prehe�t oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Cut the chicken into strips.
  3. Combine the P�rmes�n cheese, It�li�n se�soning �nd pork rinds in � sh�llow bowl �nd the m�yo in � second bowl.
  4. Dredge the chicken fingers through the m�yo, co�ting completely, �nd then toss in pork rind mixture. Pl�ce e�ch chicken strip in � c�sserole dish.
  5. B�ke 22-25 minutes until golden brown �nd chicken re�ches �n intern�l temper�ture of 165 F
