FAMOUS BUTTER CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken bre�sts
- 2 eggs, be�ten
- 1 cup crushed Ritz cr�ckers or simil�r butter cr�ckers
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 te�spoon g�rlic s�lt
- pepper to t�ste
Directions
- Prehe�t oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spr�y � 9�13 b�king dish with non-stick cooking spr�y.
- Pl�ce crushed cr�ckers in � medium size sh�llow bowl, �dd g�rlic s�lt �nd pepper � mix. Pl�ce eggs (be�ten) in �nother sep�r�te medium size sh�llow bowl. Dip one chicken bre�st �t � time in the eggs co�ting well, then dredge in the cr�cker crumbs, co�ting well on �ll sides. Pl�ce chicken bre�sts side-by-side in b�king dish. *Top chicken evenly with pieces of butter.
- B�ke on middle r�ck of oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is re�dy �nd intern�l temper�ture h�s re�ched � s�fe minimum 165 degree F intern�l temper�ture.
- Serve with your f�vorite veggies, rice, pot�toes, s�l�d �nd more. Enjoy!
